One week....

It's been a long time since my last journal entry, and it will probably be a long time before my next one. In one week I finally get to head back to Italy. I can't wait. It's pretty much all I have thought about for the past couple of months. I plan on trying to undertake a major photography project while I'm over there this summer. So there should be an influx of pictures on my return. My new camera has been working out great for me and I'm very excited to see what I can do over there now that I can instantly see my results. I'm going to have plenty to do while I'm over there between archaeological work and all the research for my upcoming paper to be published on the pottery and culture of the site where I work, but I will hopefully still have enough time to snap half a million photos!
